SwiftX rebuilds standard bioinformatics tools for speed. Each one is a drop-in replacement that has to give byte-identical output to the original on every test.

Every release comes with its code, its benchmarks and a preprint.

Geometric means from each preprint. SwiftSNP's figure needs AVX-512; on a laptop it is 53–180×. SwiftNJ is measured against RapidNJ, which was already optimised. Bar length is logarithmic.
